SEASONAL DATES
Spring; 5/15/2021 - 6/10/2021 Summer; 6/11/2021 - 8/14/2021 Fall; 8/15/2021 - 10/15/2021
ADVANCED DEPOSIT REQUIRED SEASONAL
A 50% advance deposit is required at the time of booking.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED SEASONAL DATES
Two night Minimum night stay required. Early departures; guest is responsible for all nightly charges included on original booking and any incidental charges to room and applicable tax.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS
All Reservations cancelled must meet certain conditions in order to receive a refund, and are subject to cancellation fees based on the type of unit, date of cancellation, or booking type. Glacier Lodge L.P. will not be liable for any change or cancellation of any reservation that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences, or causes beyond the control of Glacier Lodge L.P. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist activities, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquakes, volcanic activity, ash clouds, tsunamis, fire, flood and explosions, or any declared natural disasters, along with current and or future pandemics, or for health, death or from doctors order.
**All cancellations must be made by phone; Please call our Reservation Office at 1-800-523-3920. Please have your booking ID number available for reference.
BLOCKS OR MULTIPLE UNIT BOOKINGS
Cancellations of bookings consisting of 3 or more units of any type or size require 100 days notice prior to arrival for each unit being cancelled in the block. Refund granted. Half of all monies collected to date will be forfeited.
Cancellations received 60 days or less prior to arrival, Non Refundable. All monies collected to date will be forfeited.
BED & BATH
Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to arrival. Refund granted. Less $35.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid.
ONE-BEDROOM STUDIO
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival; Refund granted less $35.00 fee.
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival. Half of all monies paid will be forfeited.
TWO BEDROOM FAMILY CABINS
All Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival half of all monies will be forfeited.
Bookings with a length of stay of 6 or more nights, and not part of a group block. 60 days notice is required in order to receive a full refund. Less Cancellation Fee of $50.00 per unit being cancelled.
Bookings with a length of stay of 5 or fewer nights, and not part of a group block. 30 days notice is required in order to receive a full refund. Less $50.00 cancellation fee.
GROUP FACILITIES | BIG HOUSE’S
Cancellations received 90 days or less prior to arrival; No Refund. All monies collected to date will be forfeited.
Cancellations received more than 90 days prior to arrival; Refund granted. Less One night penalty.
REFUND PAYMENTS
Payments will not be made back to the credit card used to make advance payment. If a refund is due, they will be made by company check only. Your refund check will be delivered 30 days after the scheduled departure date of the cancelled booking.
ADVANCE DEPOSIT
Nightly reservations at Glacier Lodge require a 50% payment in advance prior to our confirmation. All reservations are non-transferable, to another party, unit, or dates, and have a two night minimum stay requirement unless otherwise stated. It may be necessary for you to provide credit card details to secure a room reservation. The credit card may then be used by Glacier Lodge L.P. for payment of a deposit as advised at the time of booking or as a guarantee for a future payment, in the case of a no-show, a cancellation or change to the reservation.
RATE | RESERVATION VALIDITY
Rates are subject to change until booked. Minimum stay requirements and nightly rate are; based on the unit, day, date and occupancy selected. Reservation confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience. Glacier Lodge L.P. shall retain official records of reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and room rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, Glacier Lodge L.P. official records shall prevail. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and will have legal consequences
PREPAID RESERVATIONS
Some rate plans may require prepayment in full and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable. This will be identified in the rate description. For these rate plans, once you make a reservation your credit card will be charged for the full amount. Credit will not be given for any unused reservation and the amount paid by you for such reservation cannot be used toward any other/future reservation.
GUARANTEE RULES
For reservations guaranteed with a credit card at the time of making your reservation, rooms are held until the property check-in time on the day following the day of arrival. After that time the booking will be considered a no show and the room released back into available inventory. We may authorise the room rate prior to arrival and reserve funds, including taxes, on the credit card to determine the validity of the credit card. Rooms booked with an invalid credit card are subject to immediate cancellation.
ADDITIONAL POLICY REQUIREMENTS
We have a No Pet Policy. Please make arrangements to board your pet. Additional cleaning fee of $250.00 per night, per pet discovered on property. No Smoking inside! Please be considerate of neighbors while outside on shared porches,patios, and common areas. No RV Parking, campers, 5th wheel trailers, motorcycle trailers, or tent camping on property. Gift certificates can be used for lodging accommodations only. Advance reservation and deposit required. Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. No pop up shelters, gazebos or playpens. Management is not responsible for damage or theft of personal property.
GUEST REGISTRATION & CHECK-IN
We can in some instances accommodate early arrivals and late departures. Please call ahead. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and the following charges will apply; $50 per hour per unit.

LOYALTY PROGRAM
As part of our Loyalty Program each departing guest receives first opportunity to re-book the same unit for the corresponding dates the following year. Departing guests at the time of final payment can exercise their right to first opportunity and they are charted for the next year. If they decline, the unit remains bookable by other parties. This is a manual process, your booking is not automatically carried forward to the next year. Ultimately, it is the guests responsibility to make their intention known prior to or at departure for rebooking next year. Memorial Day, and Labor Day, holidays set the calendar for all requests. This configuration provides our reservation team the opportunity to assist our loyalty program guest's first. Deposit payments for reservations made by guests in our loyalty program are required by November 1 each year for the "Big Houses" and by January 15 each year for our studio's, bed & bath and our two bedroom family cabins.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you arrive AFTER HOURS. Once on property please find the ARRIVAL BOARD on the outside of the main office building. A map with directions will be posted on the board. The unit will be unlocked. Keys will be inside the unit. If you need assistance please use the “House Phone” next to the Arrival Board to contact After Hours assistance. On the back of the map please find information on the “Daily Lodge Routine”.
