Each unit in the duplex has private entrances and no adjoining doors. Private patio with chairs overlooking the river. Access to shared gas grill. Dining and living area include dining table, chairs, Dish Satellite TV and wood burning fireplace. The living room and dining area has a fireplace and color TV. The deck overlooks the river and has deck chairs. Price is for four person occupancy. Please add $25 per night per additional person for six person max occupancy.

River is a one bedroom, individual cabin with a riverside view. Sleeping arrangements include one double bed in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeping arrangements include one queen bed in the downstairs bedroom, the upstairs bedroom has two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit is located on the end of a large three unit building. Wind River has one bathroom with a tub/shower and separate vanity area, the large living room has a large moss rock fireplace and with TV/DVD.. The deck overlooks the river and has deck chairs and shared gas grill. Wind River provides ample room for a family of four, and offers enough room for six. Wind River also has been popular with two couples traveling together. Price is based on four person occupancy. Please add $25 per night per additional person for six person occupancy.

23 Alpine Lodge  [ Capacity: 22 ]

Alpine Lodge can accommodate a group of 22 persons. It’s cozy living room with lovely rock fireplace overlooks the Big Thompson River and is ideal for informal meetings or family gatherings Alpine Lodge has 5 bedrooms, 4 with a private bathroom. Alpine has a newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and dining area to accommodate your group. The picnic tables and gas event grills, conveniently located on the large rear flagstone patio, invite you to enjoy your favorite outdoor meal. Alpine has easy access to pool. All linens and kitchen utensils are provided. Downstairs; First bedroom with two doubles and a tub shower, second bedroom with two twins, third with one double second and third share a bath with just a shower. Upstairs; First bedroom is large with two doubles and two sets of bunks, just a shower, second bedroom with one double, set of bunks and just a shower. Sofa bed makes 22. We have had wonderful feedback from groups with 16 to 18 persons in Alpine which leaves a bit of room when not at max capacity. Towels changed daily.

24 Homestead Lodge  [ Capacity: 18 ]

The original, 116 year old lodge is a great mountain retreat with its log beams and pine paneling is appropriately named "The Homestead". Homestead is perfect for a small to mid-sized group of 12 to 18 people. This lodge has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a comfortable living room with fireplace, family room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a spacious dining area, large deck and picnic area with a sneak peak of the river. Sleeping arrangements include; downstairs two bedrooms, one with four twins, the other has one queen. Upstairs sleeping arrangements include; one bedroom with a queen, second and third bedrooms with two doubles, shared bath down the hall, fourth large bedroom with two queens and private bath and dressing room. The recent update to the kitchen has ample storage and prep space and a serve thru into family room. The great room and family room both have fireplaces. Great room has a satellite TV/DVD. Upstairs loft has additional sofa bed if needed.

26 Mountain View Lodge  [ Capacity: 12 ]

Mt. View Lodge offers a central location with property and mountain views. This lodge can accommodate a group of 10 to 12 persons. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms upstairs, one with two doubles and a private bath, the second with two twins and a private half bath. Downstairs has one bedroom with a queen bed, the second has a set of bunks with a half bath. Downstairs also has a shared bath with shower only. Each level has a sleeper sofa. The main living, kitchen and dining area is on the upper level which also has a woodburning fireplace. Downstairs also has a second fireplace, and small wet/bar.

27 Timber Lodge  [ Capacity: 30 ]

The largest of our group lodges built in 1911 offers a rustic log and pine interior, accented with a huge rock fireplace and commonly known as the “Big House” serves as the gathering place for groups. Timber Lodge has 7 and half baths and 8 bedrooms with a sleeping capacity of 30 persons. The spacious dining area of Timber Lodge with seating capacity for forty allows for the necessary flexibility for conversion to meeting space as required. The large kitchen, adjacent to the commons area, is well equipped for preparing your own meals, or for catering service that can be arranged especially for your group. Price is based on 30 person occupancy. The Downstairs sleeping arrangements include; one bedroom with two doubles and private bath with shower, a large “Bunk House” room with four sets of bunks for all the kids in the group with private bath with shower only. Upstairs sleeping arrangements include; first bedroom with three full beds and private bath with tub, second bedroom has two twins and private bath with shower, third and fourth bedrooms each have a full and share a bath with shower, fifth bedroom has one full and private bath with shower, sixth bedroom has one double and two twins along with a private bath with tub/shower. The downstairs has a large commons living area with dining for 40, a great front deck and plenty of yard space and sneak peak of the river. Timber Lodge includes a large event gas grill out back of the well supplied kitchen.

28 The Loft  [ Capacity: 2 ]

The Loft is a second story guest room unit that sleeps only two people in the double bed. The bathroom has shower. The Loft has a fabulous deck overlooking the river and has great morning and afternoon sun. Open the windows at night and listen to the river rushing right below. The loft has neither a kitchen or fireplace but the deck makes up for what is missing on the inside. The Loft is perfect for a night or two while visiting friends in the area, or ideal for the overnight while passing through. The Loft is also used as overflow from our larger group facilities. Price is for two person max occupancy.

29 Whispering Pines  [ Capacity: 2 ]

Whispering Pines is a one bedroom individual cabin located on the river. Sleeping arrangements include a double bed bedroom. The sitting area has a TV and love seat. The bathroom has a shower. Whispering Pines has the best covered deck on the property overlooking the river. All though this unit has no kitchen or fireplace, the secluded location and great deck offer a relaxing and fun alternative to the motel room. Whispering Pines is great for couples and singles who just want to get away for a couple of days at a time.
